We’ve Opened!

Sorry for the delay in posting; so much has been going on of late, starting with: we’ve opened! That’s right, we have officially opened our doors as of May 1, 2010, and we are in business.

Amy and Chris did such a great job getting the space ready (we will be uploading pictures shortly). We had a lot of fun with the space ultimately decided to go with neutral gray walls (a light gray above the molding, and charcoal below). Our accent color is orange, which we carry through the store with mirrors and a bench (and soon to be artwork, as well). We went really colorful with our furniture, choosing green and blue for our sofa and chairs, which are mirrored in the pendant globes that hang from the ceiling.  It all adds up to a bright and happy space, a fun place to buy shoes!

Since we have opened our doors, we have had a lovely welcome from the Austin community. Many people have s topped by and given us their compliments and their business, which is just wonderful.  We have many great shoes in the store, and continue to get more, which we will be posting here in the upcoming weeks.
